1. Non-Refundable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our juices, Fruit Bro does not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered. Customers are advised to double-check order details before confirming payment.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription with 24-hour prior notice. In such cases, remaining days' payments may be adjusted in the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued to original payment modes.

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If a wrong product is delivered, customers must notify us within 1 hour of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement will be provided the next day. No refunds will be issued for errors not reported in a timely manner.

4. Spoilage or Quality Issues

If you receive a product that appears spoiled or not up to standard, please share a photograph with our support team immediately. Verified quality complaints will be addressed through replacement only; no monetary refunds will be processed.

5. Delivery Failures

If Fruit Bro fails to deliver due to internal issues (e.g., staff shortage, technical glitch), we will offer a rescheduled delivery or credit the missed day to the customer’s account. Refunds will not be entertained unless under exceptional circumstances.

6. Duplicate Payment

In the rare case of duplicate payments, customers must notify us with proof of transaction. Upon verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

7. Order Modification

Modifications to active subscriptions can be made, but customers will not be eligible for refunds on already processed days. Adjustments will apply to upcoming deliveries only.

8. Refund Mode

All approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed via the original mode of payment or credited as delivery days in your account. No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Customers will be notified once the process is initiated. Delays caused by banking partners are beyond Fruit Bro’s control.

10. No Refund for Offers

Discounted or promotional plans are non-refundable. If a customer cancels mid-subscription during a promotional offer, the remaining balance will be forfeited. Customers are encouraged to read all offer terms before subscribing.
