Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
Fruit Bro offers daily delivery services within selected cities and localities. Customers must confirm availability of delivery in their area before subscribing. Areas outside our operational zones may not be serviced at this time.
2. Daily Delivery Commitment
Juices are delivered fresh every morning as per the selected plan. All deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Customers are encouraged to store juices in refrigeration immediately upon delivery for optimal freshness.
3. Packaging Standards
Our juices are packed in food-grade, leak-proof, and recyclable bottles. All packaging ensures hygiene and safety during transit. We recommend consumption within the advised timeframe printed on the bottle to enjoy full freshness.
4. Missed Deliveries
In case of missed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, no refund or replacement will be offered. However, efforts will be made to contact the customer at the time of delivery via the registered phone number.
5. Temperature Control
All juices are delivered without preservatives and must be stored in a cool environment. Customers are advised to collect deliveries promptly to avoid exposure to high temperatures which can affect juice quality.
6. Subscription Start Date
Subscription starts on the date selected by the customer. Customers will receive a confirmation email or message indicating their first delivery date and order details. Delivery will begin only upon payment confirmation.
7. Delay in Delivery
In rare cases such as extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or operational issues, deliveries may be delayed. We will inform customers via SMS or WhatsApp in such instances and ensure alternate arrangements where possible.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Customers may receive a delivery confirmation message once the product has been delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the delivery and report any issues within 1 hour of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
9. Multiple Deliveries
For households with multiple subscriptions or addresses, delivery schedules may differ slightly. Customers must ensure separate entries are made for each address to avoid confusion and missed deliveries.
