1. Subscription Requirement

All products sold by Fruit Bro are available exclusively through a subscription model. Customers must choose a subscription plan to receive daily juice deliveries. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled with prior notice of at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

2. Product Availability

Product offerings are subject to seasonal availability of fruits and vegetables. Fruit Bro reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue specific juices based on stock availability, ensuring all customers receive fresh, high-quality alternatives in case of substitutions.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details including name, address, and contact number. Any changes in the delivery address or contact information should be updated at least 24 hours prior to the next delivery to avoid missed or delayed shipments.

4. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are conducted daily between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM . Customers must ensure they are available or provide proper instructions for safe and secure delivery. Missed deliveries due to unavailability or incorrect address are non-refundable.

5. Pause and Resumption

Subscriptions can be paused temporarily via the customer portal or by contacting our support team. Pausing or resuming services should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delivery mishaps or waste of perishable products.

6. Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes. Billing is done in advance for the selected subscription period. Customers will receive an invoice upon successful payment. Prices may change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

7. Modifications to Subscription

Customers may request changes to the juice selection or quantity based on availability. Modifications should be requested through email or WhatsApp support. Changes will take effect from the next delivery cycle after confirmation from our team.

8. Health Disclaimer

Fruit Bro products are made from natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives. However, customers with allergies or health conditions should consult their physician before consumption. Fruit Bro is not liable for any health complications resulting from personal dietary restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, branding, and product names, are the intellectual property of Fruit Bro. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
